By booking or purchasing from Whimsy Pop Balloons LLC, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services
We provide balloon décor, backdrop rentals, pick-up garlands, and workshops/classes.

2. Payments & Cancellations

• A non-refundable 50% retainer is required to secure your booking.
• Final payment is due a week before the event. 
• Cancellations must be made [insert days] in advance. Late cancellations may forfeit payments made.

3. Media Use Consent
We may photograph completed décor for marketing purposes. If you prefer not to have your event featured, please notify us in writing before your event date.

4. Balloon Disclaimer
Balloons are delicate and affected by weather, environment, and handling. We do not guarantee longevity after setup. Once delivered or installed, balloons become the client’s responsibility.

5. Liability
We are not liable for injuries, damages, or allergic reactions related to balloons or décor. Please keep balloons away from small children and pets.

6. Intellectual Property
All website content, images, and designs are owned by Whimsy Pop Balloons LLC. Please do not copy or use without permission.

7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
